As part of the 2025 Architecture Weeks, ARCH+ and the Goethe-Institut Barcelona present Ecological Futures, a project first put into practice in 2024 together with the residents of Metropoliz in Rome.

We welcome Christian Hiller from ARCH+, Irene Di Noto from MAAM Metropoliz, Cristina Gamboa from Lacol, Rubén Martínez from IDRA – Urban Research Institute of Barcelona, and Roger Hoyos from the Platform for the Preservation of the Three Chimneys of Sant Adrià to discuss strategies for cooperative urban development that strengthen the link between environmental sustainability, social justice, and urban growth in cities like Barcelona.
Architects, urban planners, housing rights activists and advocates for the right to the city – you are all invited to enrich the debate.
