AERA Darwinstraße

The new office building on Darwinstraße in Berlin-Charlottenburg marks the beginning of the transformation and reprogramming of a former power plant site. With approximately 12,000 square meters of office space for up to 1,000 workplaces, it contributes to the densification of a heterogeneous urban area shaped by its industrial past. Designed by Grüntuch Ernst, the building was completed in 2024 in collaboration with the landscape architecture firm capattistaubach.
