Online dispute resolution
The EU Commission established an internet platform for the online settlement of disputes (so-called “ODR platform”) in the first quarter of 2016. The ODR platform is intended to serve as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts.
