Sakiya ist sowohl eine Akademie für experimentelle Wissensproduktion und -vermittlung als auch ein Bauernhof, dessen Bewirtschaftung auf lokalen landwirtschaftlichen Traditionen der Selbstversorgung und Permakultur beruht. Die Einrichtung befindet sich in Ein Qiniya, einem Dorf sieben Kilometer westlich von Ramallah.
